This is the undated Rand McNally edition of My Lady Nicotine by J.M. Barrie, the author of Peter Pan. This copy has red covers with gold detailing and lettering. The title page has geometric decorations. There are 33 chapters and 230 rough cut edge pages. My Lady Nicotine recounts Barrie's addition to nicotine and how he subsequently stopped using.
The book is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The covers have some darker discolored areas, especially on the spine and around the edges. The gold lettering has faded some, especially on the spine. It's almost all intact on the cover. Edgar Taylor wrote his name in ink inside the front cover. The spine is cracked at the title page. The covers are still attached at the spine.
The book measures 7.75 inches by 5.25 inches. It is 1 inch thick.
