This is a lovely antique photograph portrait of three girls in a wood frame. The portrait is black and white, now sepia toned under an white mat with an oval opening. The mat has one wide border around the oval portrait opening and a thin border around that. The frame is solid wood with a wide inset gold-painted geometric border. The rest of the frame has been stained a dark brown. The back of the frame is covered by a wood board that has been nailed in. There is picture hanging wire on the back.
The frame, mat, and portrait are in great antique condition for their age and use. The portrait is still clear with minimal wear beside the sepia fading. The mat has some discoloration along the edges with some foxing stains along the lower bottom left. The frame glass is clear with minimal scratches. The gold border has some minimal fading and scratches. The wood stain is still glossy. The backing and picture wire are solid.
The frame measures 12.75 inches tall by 11 inches wide. It is 2 inches deep.
