This is the 1952 Book Club edition of The Currents of Space by Isaac Asimov, published by Doubleday. It has the original full-color illustrated book jacket by Ed Valigurski with what looks like a sci-fi space station on the cover. The book underneath is blue with black lettering on the spine. The book is the second in the Galactic Empire series and is in the science fiction space opera genre. There are 203 pages.
The book is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The book jacket has general wear with a tear along the bottom left edge at the spine. S. Reichart wrote their name inside the front cover. The pages are yellowed with foxing stains to the inside front and back covers as well as the page ends.
The book measures 8.5 by 5.75 inches. It is 1 inch thick.
