This is a vintage crib size blanket quilt featuring embroidered animals in blue and pink. The quilt is handsewn white blocks with white circles quilted in every other block. In the alternating blocks there are midcentury style animals embroidered in pink and blue. There are cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, bears, and donkey. The edges are bound with white cotton and there is no batting. The back has hanging loops sewn along the top.
The blanket is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The white fabric is still bright and the embroidery is intact with no missing or loose threads. The quilt has no rips or tears. The third row up from the bottom has a several very small dark stain dots around the lower edge of the circle quilting. The back has several large stains toward the top left back side.
The blanket measures 30.5 by 46 inches.
