This is a print of Jean-Michel Moreau's original pen and ink drawing titled Perfect Harmony. The drawing shows a young woman in 1700s fashion sitting behind a harp staring adoringly up at the young gentleman behind the harp who is staring back adoringly at her. To the right is another young man who looks slightly alarmed at the two, perhaps they are about to kiss and he doesn't like it? The drawing is done in tones of cream and brown with hand colored sections of blue. The print is attached to a paper mache board with an attached wood carved and gesso frame.
The print and frame are in good vintage or antique condition. The frame does have cracks and one area of missing wood at the very top of the frame. The print is still attached to the board but starting to lift up in the lower left corner. Frame and print have both darkened and faded. It's got gorgeous patina! There is no hanging hardware on the back.
The frame and print measure 5 inches wide by 6.5 inches long. It is half an inch thick.
