This is a set of two salt & pepper shakers from Ucagco Ceramics Japan. They are in the shape of ceramic busts with an ornate, floral style in shades of pink, green, and gold. Both have blond hair, blue eyes, and red lips. One shaker presents female with a low pink dress and her hair in an updo. The other presents male with a suit coat, waistcoat, and tie, plus a blue boutonniere. Both have 3D pink roses and green leaves with gold detailing around their fronts. Both have cork stoppers and a Ucagco sticker on the bottom.
The shakers are in great vintage condition for their age and use. Their painting is intact with minimal wear, but the white areas of the shakers, especially around the back and bottom have some discoloration and yellowing. They are both chip and crack free!
The shakers measure 2 inches in diameter at their base. They are 4 inches tall.
