My Recipes Recipe Binder Vintage Yellow & White 1960s

This is a vintage recipes binder with an oilcloth cover in a great 1960s vintage print. The binder is a light mustard yellow with large white rectangles. Inside the rectangles are kitchen tools and food like a teapot, shakers, apples and more in shades of yellow and green. In between the rectangles are other tools like a pepper grinder and cruet in shades of white and green. My Recipes is written in all caps and lettered in white. The inside front and back covers are white with illustrations of kitchen tools in yellow. There are miscellaneous kitchen facts like weights and measures and oven temperatures listed. The binder is divided into tabbed sections. Each section includes an illustrated introduction on the tabbed page followed by an illustrated pink envelope to hold the recipes. The tabbed pages are followed by several heavy white cardstock pages and then a thick stack of notebook pages.

The binder is in great vintage condition for its age and use. All of the notes pages are blank and the envelopes are empty. The binder has general wear to the covers with some very small areas of staining and yellowing to the white areas. The very first page has ripped at the top binder ring. The inside pages have yellowed somewhat.

The binder measures 7 inches by 9 inches. It is 2 inches thick.
