This is a 1960s Kreier pure wool scarf in beige, red, and yellow. It is a square scarf with a beige background. The center is a large checkerboard pattern with red squares with black connecting lines. Inside each square is a beige paisley pattern on either a yellow or very light blue almost gray background. The scarf is marked Kreier in black with a Kreier tag. The tag reads Kreier Pure Wool Made in Switzerland.
The scarf is in vintage condition for its age and use. The wool has no tears or fraying but does have four small holes to the outer border of the scarf. The tag is attached firmly. The colors are bright with minimal yellowing. The scarf has one very small spot stain.
The scarf measures 26 inches square.
