This is a small, travel-sized tortoiseshell hard shell jewelry box for earrings. The box is rectangular with an all-over brown tortoiseshell vinyl. The box edges are covered in gold colored metal. Inside there are two scalloped rows with holes for earrings. The rows are mustard gold felt. The box lid is lined with cream satin with an all over gold star print.
The box is in condition for its age and use. There is one scratch to the top lower left corner of the box. The inside lining fabric and earring rows have minimal wear. The gold colored metal is shiny with general wear. There is one tarnish spot to the back right by the hinge. The box opens and closes easily.
The box measures 7 inches long by 4.25 inches wide. It is 1.5 inches thick.
