This is a wood Art Deco style frame with black detailing. The frame is has a thin inner border with a creamy yellow background. At the four corners, the frame has raised molding with painted black border lines. The frame has a glass panel and a burgundy velvet backing. There is both a picture stand and two small brass hoops to hang it on the wall.
The frame is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The wood molding has chipped on three of the corners with most of the chipping to the bottom left corner. Please see photos. There is also some chipped paint to the right side of the frame. The glass is clear with minimal to no scratching. The velvet has some fading around the stand but minimal to no scratching. The stand works and holds up the frame. The hanging hoops are firmly attached.
The frame measures 14 inches by 11 inches with an 9.5 by 12.5 inch opening for the picture.
