This is an antique edition of Aunt Jo's Scrap Bag by Louisa May Alcott, published by Little, Brown, & Co. It has a blue cover with brown details on the front. The front is decorated with sons and flowers, made to look like the cover of a scrapbook or photo album. The spine is lettered in gold with an illustrated bag and other flourishes. There are 215 pages.
The book is in fair antique condition for its age and use. The covers have general wear with some fading, staining, and discoloration. The gold lettering on the spine is intact. It looks like the title page has been torn out, and there are pen marks inside the front cover. The front cover is still attached at the spine but has separated. Page 203 is loose The back cover is still attached. The pages are yellowed with some foxing.
The book measures 6.75 by 4.5 inches. It is 1.25 inches thick.
