This is a vintage possibly antique Greek print of the Annunciation of Mary. It features the angel Gabriel visiting Mary with the title in Greek above Gabriel's head. Both Gabriel and Mary have round golden haloes. The print is done in muted shades of green, white, and blue with Mary dressed in a vivid red robe. The print is framed in a dark tiger wood frame with a gold painted inner border. The back is covered in cardboard that is nailed in.
The print and frame are in good vintage condition for their age and use. The upper left corner of the frame is chipped mostly along the top. The bottom left corner of the frame is also chipped. The print is slightly smaller than the frame on the sides. The glass is clear and the print is in great condition. There is no hanging hardware.
The frame measures 9.5 by 11.25 inches. It is .75 inches thick. The picture opening is 7.5 by 9.5 inches.
