It has its original green illustrated dust jacket. Underneath, the book is mustard gold with black lettering on the spine. The book is fully illustrated with both black and white illustrations and full color illustration plates. Fairy tales include Hans Christian Andersen's most famous tales like The Little Mermaid.
The book is in great vintage condition for its age and use. The book jacket has general wear with rips along the spine and corners. The book covers underneath are in like new condition. The covers are still attached at the spine. The pages have yellowed slightly. The illustrations are intact and bright.
The book measures 8.25 by 5.75 inches. It is 1.5 inches thick.
