This is a midcentury ceramic souvenir Florida ashtray. The ashtray is somewhat shaped like a seashell with two wave-style sides where the cigarettes would sit. The bottom of the ashtray is decorated with three oranges with orange blossoms and leaves. Florida is also printed in orange. The ashtray has a gold rim. Underneath the ashtray is a gold sticker with a red D in a red crown and Exclusive Made in Japan.
The ashtray is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The white ceramic has yellowed slightly in the areas where the cigarettes would be. The middle orange has a very small area of missing paint in the center and a small slice of clear tape that I could not get to peel up! The gold rim is mostly intact with some fading. There are no chips or cracks.
The ashtray measures 6 inches by 6 inches. It is 1 inch tall.
