This is the vintage 1954 Heritage Press edition of Cyrano de Bergerac by Edmund Rostand. It has marbled covers in brown, red, and beige. The spine is also marbled with lettering in gold. This edition is translated from the original French by Louis Untermeyer with illustrations drawn by Pierre Brissaud. It is illustrated in full-color. There are 210 pages.
The book is in excellent vintage condition for its age and use. The covers and spine have minimal to no wear. The covers are attached at the spine. The pages are yellowed.
The book measures 10.5 inches by 7.25 inches. It is 1 inch thick.
