The spine is also decorated with wheels and belts with gold detailing and lettering. The book has over 400 black and white illustrations. There are 631 pages with several pages of ads at the end.
The book is in good antique condition for its age and use. It has general wear to the covers, mostly to corners and spine edges with fraying, fading, and discoloration. The gold lettering on cover and spine is intact and bright. The back cover has begun to separate from the spine inside the back cover. The spine is a little wobbly in its bindings. The pages are yellowed.
The book measures 7.75 by 5.5 inches. It is 2 inches thick.
