This is an antique Page's Seeds Choice Flower Seeds wood seed storage box. The box is wood with dovetail joints. The lid is hinged, and there is a fold down front panel. The box closes with a brass clasp. Inside the box, there is a full color Page's Seeds label underneath the lid. The label is in shades of blue, black, white, and yellow. It shows a person in colonial America dress. The front panel also has a Choice Flower Seeds label. The box is divided into 12 cubby compartments. The bottom is labeled F.1657 in white paint.
The box is in good antique condition for its age and use. The top left outer corner has large area of chipped wood and the top right outer corner has a small chip. Otherwise, the outside of the box has a lovely patina with general wear. The top label is in excellent condition with some slight wrinkling. The front panel label has some tears and rips along the top edge where it folds in against the rest of the box.
The box measures 11 inches long by 7.5 inches wide. It is 5.25 inches tall.
