This is the antique 1908 Standard English Classics Edition of Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare, published by Ginn & Company. It has olive green covers with black lettering and illustration. The spine is also lettered in black. The title page is illustrated with a flower garland and border. This is a school edition with a section on English in schools and an introduction. There are 151 pages.
The book is in good antique condition for its age and use. The covers have general but minimal wear, with some discoloration to the spine. C.E.A. wrote their name in pencil along with Senior and the years 1934-35 inside the front cover. Wm. Kirk. McGee also wrote his name in pen along with Junior and E.H.S. There are pencil notes and marks periodically throughout the text. The covers are attached at the spines. The pages are yellowed.
The book measures 6.75 by 4.75 inches. It is half an inch thick.
