This is a set of three 1901 antique Booklovers Editions of Shakespeare's plays, published The University Society. This set includes Twelfth Night, Measure for Measure, and Love's Labour Lost. All of the books have red covers with the embossed Booklovers Edition crest on the front. The spines are lettered in gold with gold flowers. Each book has a full color Arts and Crafts Movement style illustration and title page. The books also have illustrated glossaries.
The books are in great antique condition for their age and use. The covers have general but minimal wear, mostly to corners and spine edges. The gold lettering is intact. The covers are attached at the spine in all the books. The pages have yellowed, but the illustrations are still bright.
The books measure 7 inches by 5 inches. They are each half an inch thick.
