This is the 1978 edition The Northwest Kitchen: A Seasonal Cookbook by Julie Geise with Sumi drawings by George Tsutakawa, published by B. Wright & Co. The cookbook has the original dust jacket with the gorgeous Sumi drawing of a crab in black. It is lettered in red. The book covers underneath are cream colored with a beige linen spine lettered in gold. The cookbook has 264 pages.
The book is in great vintage condition for its age and use. The dust jacket has general wear, mostly to corners and edges. The covers underneath are like new. There is an inscription in ink inside the front cover, "For Joan Happy Cooking From Tripp, Tyler, + Sue". There is also a letter from Sue to Joan from 1981 tucked in between the pages. The pages have yellowed.
The book measures 9.75 by 6.75 inches. It is 1 inch thick.
