This is a silver metal picture with an oval opening. The frame is silver metal with an all over embossed wave pattern. The sides are also embossed with the same pattern and the back has an embossed herringbone. The four sides of the front have an attached silver metal motif in an abstract heart shape. The picture opening is clear glass in an oval shape, showing the blue and white burlap print on the back of the frame backing. The rest of the class is painted a pinkish cream color. The back of the frame is covered by an olive green velvet. There is a brass loop to hang it on the wall as well as an attached stand to set it upright on the tabletop.
The frame is in good vintage condition for its age and use. There are areas of discoloration with some tarnish spots. The glass is mostly clear. The velvet backing has some small scratches and fading, mostly along the bottom of the frame. Someone added a small stripe of white paint on which is written a code - 76-27-37. The paint on the front is intact with one small area of discoloration to the top left corner. There is also discoloration and chipping to the paint where the paint meets the silver borders.
The frame measures 8 inches by 10 inches with an 7 x 9 oval opening for the picture.
