This is the 1899 edition of Arms and the Woman by Harold MacGrath. It has green covers with black lettering. The front cover has a full color Harrison Fisher Gibson Girl portrait print. There is another black and white illustration plate at the title page. There are 379 pages.
The book is in fair antique condition for its age and use. The cover has general wear, mostly to corners and the spine edges. The portrait print has one area of staining in the upper right corner. The covers are cracked at the spine. They are still attached by the webbing, but they are loose, and there are pages detached. The pages are yellowed.
The book measures 7.75 inches by 5.25 inches. It is 1.5 inches thick.
