This is a chalkware plaque with a bible verse and morning glories. The chalkware is made to look like weather wood, potentially a fence, with purple morning glory flowers creeping up the left side. The chalkware has the bible verse from Isaiah Chapter 26, Verse 3, "Thou wilt keep him in Perfect Peace whose mind is stayed On Thee." The letters are raised up and painted in gold. The back of the plaque has an embedded wire loop to hang the plaque.
The chalkware is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The colors are still bright and there are no cracks to the chalkware. There are two chips to the top left corner morning glory stem, exposing the white chalk underneath. The wire loop is still embedded firmly.
The plaque measures 10.75 inches by 7.75 inches. It is half an inch thick.
