This is a set of 3 antique Italian language art monographs in the Italia Artistica series of the Collezione di Monografie Illustrate, published in 1910 by the Istituto Italiano d'Arti Grafiche. They cover Turino (Turin), Milano (Milan), and Siena. The books have blue marbled covers with dark blue leather bindings and gold lettering on both the front cover and spine. The front and back endpapers are a gorgeous repeating flower pattern in dark blue on light blue. The books are fully illustrated with black and white illustrations and photographs. They have gilt edge pages and 150-160 pages each.
The books are in good antique condition for their age and use. The leather of the spines has started to wear away but the gold lettering is still bright on both spine and front cover. The pages have minimal yellowing. The gilt edge is still bright. The pages in all three books are sticking together along that top edge. G. Broes Van Dort Co. put their book shop sticker inside the front cover of all three books and W.D. Crowell also stamped his name in black ink.
The books measure 10.5 by 7.75 inches. They are each about half an inch thick.
