This is a set of two Dandelion Library books focused on nursery rhymes, fairy tales, and folk tales, published by The Grolier Society in 1967. The Dandelion Library books are two books in one. When you're done reading one side, you flip the book over to read the other side. The set includes A Treasury of Nursery Rhymes illustrated by Charles Robinson with Tom Thumb and Other Favorites drawn by L. Leslie Brooke. It also includes Best Loved Fairy Tales of Walter Crane with Selections from A Child's Garden of Verses by Robert Louis Stevenson, illustrated by Jessie Willcox Smith. The books are illustrated in both black and white and full color. Each book half has about 60-65 pages.
The books are in good vintage condition for their age and use. The books have general wear with some fading and darkening of the covers. The corners have some minor fraying. The spines are attached in both. The pages have started to yellow, and the illustrations are still bright.
The books measure 9 inches by 6.75 inches. They are half an inch thick.
