This is a vintage Whitman Crown Picture Puzzle No. 4710 Ebb Tide. It has 713 extra heavy board pieces with an interlocking border. The puzzle shows an oil painting of a rocky coast with the tide rolling out. The box is black with a gold frame around the puzzle image on the lid. The puzzle when complete is poster size - 29 by 22.5 inches.
The puzzle is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The box lid has wear with some scratches and missing paper, especially along the edge. One corner has separated. I have not done the puzzle, so I am unsure if it has all its pieces or not.
The box measures 12.25 by 9.75 inches. It is 2.5 inches thick.
