This is the 1944 edition of Hymns of Praise Numbers One and Two Combined For the Church and Sunday School, compiled by F.G. Kingsbury and published by the Hope Publishing Company. It has very dark green covers with gold lettering on both front cover and spine. The back is embossed with the Hope logo. It has red page ends. The pages are unnumbered but there are 447 numbered hymns.
The hymnal is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The covers have general wear with some small staining and fraying to corners and edges. The covers are attached at the spine. Adola Bubach wrote her name in pencil inside the front cover. The page are yellowed.
The hymnal measures 8.5 by 6 inches. It is 1 inch thick.
