This is the 1921 edition of The Complete Garden by Albert D. Taylor, assisted by Gordon D. Cooper, and published by Garden City Publishing Co. According to the title page, it is illustrated with fifty full page cuts, four line charts, and nine coloured plates. It has dark green covers with a garden of trees embossed on the front cover and gold lettering on the spine. There are 440 pages.
The book is in great antique condition for its age and use. It is has general but minimal wear to the covers with most wear - a small tear and fraying - to the top right edge of the spine. The covers are still attached at the interior spine. The pages are yellowed. There is #11 in pencil inside the front cover. The illustration and photography plates are still bright.
The book measures 10 by 7 inches. It is 2 inches thick.
