The spine is also lettered and decorated in mint green and cream. The book is illustrated with black and white illustration and photograph plates. The book includes pioneers like Thomas Edison, Marie Curie, John Dewey, and Charles Lindbergh. There are 309 pages.
The book is in good vintage condition for its age and use. The covers have minimal wear and the illustrations and lettering are intact. There are lots of pencil markings inside the front and back covers. The covers are attached at the spine. The pages are yellowing.
